Take everything of the past as a blessing, whether good or bad. It gave a taste of good and evil. You learned something out of it on how and where you can enjoy life. The past events create an environment that expands the good and replaces the bad with new things.
The past brought you to the stage in life where you currently are, but it doesn’t define your tomorrow. Appreciate the already happened and prepare yourself for the future. Without positive regard for the past and current, you will have a meaningless tomorrow.

These two are favorite exercises of the minds. They indulge positivism and optimism in any situation. We tend to be more pessimistic than optimistic. People take problems as great hitches, and we tend to avoid them. We always complain about each of the opposite situations when they occur.
